About Us:
Brisbane Multiple Birth Association Northside Inc. is a registered not-for-profit organsiation establised in 1977 to support multiple birth families on Brisbane's Northside. We are run entirely by volunteer members and all proceeds from this raffle will be used to continue providing our services to BMBAN members.

Terms and conditions:
Brisbane Multiple Birth Association Northside Inc. Big Raffle 2021
• Unlimited tickets available
• Price of ticket $5.00
• Total prize pool value: $713.00
• Total number of prizes is nine.
This Raffle is run by Brisbane Multiple Birth Association Northside Inc. ("BMBAN") of PO Box 1108, North Lakes, Queensland 4509.
1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2) Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3) Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia.
4) Anyone under the age of 18 is ineligible to purchase raffle tickets.
5) Entrants must complete their contact details in the section provided.
6) Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible. Complete entries will include a first and last name, a full address, and a telephone number, at a minimum.
7) Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
8) Raffle ticket sales will commence on 13 October 2021 at 10:00AM (AEST) and conclude on 5 November 2021 at 5:00PM (AEST).
9) Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
10) The draw for the winners will take place on 6 November 2021 at 4:00PM (AEST), at Trevena Glen Farm, Samsonvale, Queensland.
11) The winning entry will receive all prizes listed above.
12) BMBAN reserves the right to request winners to submit both their ticket and personal identification as proof of identity and purchase. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of BMBAN.
13) If for any reason the raffle is not capable of running as planned, BMBAN reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle, subject to any direction given under state permit regulations.
14) In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; BMBAN may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
15) The winner will be notified by phone or email within 2 days of the winner being drawn, and the winner's details will be published on the BMBAN Facebook Page within 7 days of the draw.
16) Total prize pool is valued at $1,113. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publishing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
17) BMBAN shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained in connection with any prize/s.
18) BMBAN will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
19) The prizes will be delivered to the winner within twenty-eight days after the winner is decided. BMBAN will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winner and deliver the prizes.
20) Once prizes have left the possession of BMBAN, BMBAN will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes. BMBAN will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
21) All entries become the property of BMBAN. BMBAN may use entrant information to contact you about news, events and general information in relation to the organisation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to BMBAN at the address shown below or via info@bmban.com.au.
22) BMBAN will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result.
23) BMBAN reserves the right to disqualify any person who BMBAN has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with the fair and proper conduct of this Raffle. BMBAN's legal rights are reserved to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
24) In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept delivery of a prize at the time stipulated by BMBAN, then that prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
25) BMBAN accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by any of the prize-winners in relation to the prizes or the raffle. The winner releases BMBAN, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents, committee members and volunteers from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prizes.

27) BMBAN is a charity registered with the ACNC and licenced to undertake fundraising in the state of Queensland (licence number CP3589).
